Ababol

Our menus are enriched with local products, respecting seasonality and supporting small producers. We work with more than 30 producers and always strive to represent our land through the flavors, techniques, and products of our gastronomy, with a special emphasis on dryland farming. The menus may vary daily depending on the seasonality and quality of the products.
